
MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA
Mozzarella di Bufala is the queen among mozzarella cheeses, with its absolutely unmistakable strong and definite flavor, to be enjoyed “au naturel” or with cured meats and vegetables.
It can also be used on the typical Neapolitan pizza. Its immersion in brine gives it that slightly salty and unmistakable flavor.
In order to enhance the flavor, the product should be soaked still in its sealed packaging for 20-30 minutes in lukewarm water.
