Latticini Orchidea has always been a great supporter of the culture of Pizza, promoting in front-line personal and professional growth of those who want to make the art of Pizza a true profession.
It is for this purpose that we have developed, in collaboration with the Associazioni Pizzaiuoli Napoletani (Neapolitan Pizza Makers Association) and the most famous and historical brands from Campania, The Academy of Pizza, the most renowned training school for pizza in Italy.
The first level classes, highly professionalizing, include 180 hours of practice, with laboratory lessons held by the most well-known Neapolitan pizza chefs and final stage at the most famous pizzerias, and 60 hours of theory and visits, with lessons held by academics and meetings at the premises of the major producers of raw materials, including Latticini Orchidea.
